What's next

Over the coming year, we’ll introduce new layers of intelligence to both digital and in-person experiences, tools that make every play party feel more aligned, play partners more magnetic, and pleasure more... inevitable. There’s no official release date yet, but we’re planning to launch a beta for the new platform in the early part of August.

About the deal

The acquisition was structured as an all-stock agreement valued at $120 million, positioning Bocanegra as the first in a series of planned integrations under the Venus Intelligence portfolio.

We want to bring the most thoughtful, sex-positive brands onto a single foundation so we can ship better tools faster, raise safety standards, and push the lifestyle forward.

Over the next few months, we will retire the Bocanegra Club name and domain and complete our move to Venus. Members will log in to the new platform effortlessly using their existing profiles.
